Share and reply

The client's engineer has the answer to a question of the dossier. The external reviewer has a remark. The insurer wants to see what a decision rests on. None of them has an account, and none will. The read link opens the dossier to them; the form at the bottom of the page lets them reply.

Create a link#

1. In the dossier, Partager (share), then Lien de lecture (read link).
2. Say who it is for ("Client's office", "Insurer"): it is what you will read later in the history.
3. Pick a duration: 7, 30 or 90 days.
4. Copy the link right away: it is shown once. Nothing stored can rebuild it.

The same dialog lists the active links and revokes them. An expired, revoked or made-up link answers the same thing: "invalid link".

What the guest sees#

The page shows the dossier's name, its status and its questions: the options, the evidence with its citation, the decisions. It shows neither the remarks, nor the attachments, nor the exports, and nothing on it can be edited. Search engines do not index it.

Reply#

At the bottom of the page, Répondre (reply):

• Votre nom (your name);
• À propos de (about): the question it concerns, or the dossier in general;
• Votre réponse (your reply).

The reply lands in the dossier, in the Historique (history) panel, under "Replies received through a link": the name given, the link used, the date, the question concerned (one click opens it), the text. A history line records it too, signed by the member who shared the link, since the guest has no account.

The guest retains nothing on your behalf: their reply is information, and you decide whether to make it evidence or a decision.
